2 Person Private Infared or WEt Stone SaunA
The Sauna offers an inviting and tranquil atmosphere with ample natural light, making it perfect for unwinding alone or with friends.
With multi-level, full-length benches, this sauna comfortably seats two people or provides plenty of space for stretching out solo.
The Electric heater heats the space to 180ºF within an hour. You can utilize the Infrared dry heat or enjoy the water on the stones for more humidity
Sauna Attire:
-Wraps & Robes are provided if needed or you may wear a swimsuit/shorts. At no time is nudity permitted within the sauna for sanitation purposes. All guests must be sitting on the provided attire or a towel to maintain safe sanitations of the benches
Hygiene:
Always shower before your appointment for the sauna to
maintain hygiene and ensure the space remains clean.
Time Limit:
-A Sauna visit allows you a total of 45 mins, this includes 15 mins for changing before and after your session. This allows 30 mins for the sauna session. Please be mindful of your time frame as there could be other guests scheduled after your time. If you are running late, your session will still end at the same time regardless of your arrival time.
Important Information:
-Showers are not available so please plan accordingly
-Wraps, robes & towels are provided for your comfort
-This is a quite space and soft quiet voices are required. If a guest is loud and not respectful of the spa environment then guests will be asked to end their session early
Safety:
- Consult a Doctor: If pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care, check with a doctor before using the sauna.
- IMPORTANT: Patchouli oil is banned in the shop and especially within the sauna. The owner is deeply allergic and you will be asked to reschedule if it is on your person.
- Exit Immediately if Uncomfortable: Leave the sauna immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.
- No Alcohol or Drugs: Do not use alcohol or drugs before, during, or after sauna use.
- No Food or Drink: Avoid eating heavy meals or drinking alcohol before, during, or after sauna use.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the sauna area.
- No Cameras or Cell Phones: Cameras and cell phones are usually prohibited.
- No Soaps, Lotions, or Chemicals: Soaps, lotions, chemicals, or personal hygiene products are strictly prohibited inside the sauna room.
- No Scrubs: Scrubs are not allowed inside the sauna room.
Entering and Exiting the Sauna
Open and close the door gently to maintain temperature levels
Be mindful of the step over the threshold going in and out
Exit quietly to maintain the spa's peaceful ambiance.
