Two weeks of hair growth is ideal. You could compare hair length to a grain of rice or the pink of a new pencil eraser. The longer the hair the better removal coverage.
Even though ingrowns can be a common result of waxing....After the first 24 hrs following the waxing... gently exfoliate every few days. Especially as the hair begins to regrow to ensure it can grow out of the skin properly (typically 2.5-3weeks after the wax is the most important time to exfoliate)
You can wax during your period, please note that all areas will be extra sensitive during this time. For Brazilian waxing, the specialist requires to reschedule for after your menstrual cycle has ended.
It is best to take an Ibuprofen 1 hour before waxing. Avoid caffeine as well
Natural products are the best to use. Avoid products that contain Alcohol, dyes, synthetics and perfumes
