All Guests are Required to have a card on file with VBW for Reservations

Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Failure to cancel where the appointment is "No Showed by Client" will result in the 100% Full service total being due. If something comes up for you within the required 24 hour window prior to your appointment time, please contact us immediately and we are always willing to attempt to find a solution to any changes needed. Even if its the same day, typically we can figure up a great alternative for both parties.

Online Booking & No call/ No show on appointments:
If you book online, you have to secure your appointment with a credit or debit card. The card will not be charged at the time of booking, it is only charged the day of service after completion. However, That card will be charged the full service total upon the no show of the appt.
Not giving the courtesy of a reschedule or cancel, results in loss of income for the business which solely relies on appointments. There is a waitlist that is consistently utilized for when people cancel. If no shows happen then there isn't time to refill that time and income is lost without the opportunity to correct it.

By Booking online, you are agreeing to the account of your card being charged 100% of the scheduled service total for ALL NO SHOW appointments.  As this information is emailed and available on the website, even if forms are not signed... it is still legally bound to the commitments of no show policies. Future appointments will also need to be paid as a non refundable payment when booking the appt. If you feel this should be an exception, please reach out as circumstances do change.

 
Please Note that when you submit an appointment inquiry; it is sent to VBW for approval. The appointment is not booked until it is approved. Once approved you will receive an additional message telling you that its approved. Please follow this guideline for visiting the Spa.

We all want to provide the most calm, quiet and relaxing services possible for guests.  The shop has all rooms in close proximity to one another.   While quiet talking voices are not heard between rooms, Many loud voices and sudden volumes can be.  

As of January 1,2025; we request for the understanding of all guests.   While we love children and like to show them a comfy place to relax, we do ask that other accommodations be made for children prior to coming in for a scheduled appointment.  We have tested the waters a bit a found that having children in the shop in fact disrupts quite services going on at that time.  

We would never want someone to come in expecting a quiet service and receive everything but that.  Disruptions can negatively reflect on business as well.

We take pride in reassuring guests that visits will be exactly as advertised and as relaxing as possible.  

Thank you to all for understanding.  If there is a school cancellation, no childcare coverage etc.. We kindly ask for appointments to be rescheduled.  

24 hr cancellation fee will be waived upon proper communication  prior to the appointment time.
