Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is expected & required for cancellations. Failure to cancel where the appointment is No Showed by Client" will result in the 100% Full service total being due. If something comes up for you within the required 24 hour window prior to your appointment time, please contact me immediately and I am always willing to attempt to find a solution to any changes needed. Even if its the same day, typically we can figure up a great alternative for both parties.
Online Booking & No call/ No show on appointments:
If you book online, you have to secure your appointment with a credit or debit card. The card will not be charged at the time of booking, it is only charged the day of service after completion. However, That card will be charged the full service total upon the no show of the appt.
Not giving the courtesy of a reschedule or cancel, results in loss of income for the business which solely relies on appointments. I have a waitlist that is consistently utilized for when people cancel. If no shows happen then there isn't time to refill that time and income is lost without the opportunity to correct it.
By signing this consent & cancellation form, you are agreeing to the account of your card being charged 100% of the scheduled service total for ALL NO SHOW appointments. As this information is emailed and available on the website, even if forms are not signed... it is still legally bound to the commitments of no show policies
Please Note that when you submit an appointment inquiry; it is sent to VBW for approval. The appointment is not booked until it is approved. Once approved you will receive an additional message telling you that its approved. Please follow this guideline for visiting the waxshop.
As of the new year, VBW has massage services in the shop (please see the drop down menu for further details on their services). With that, things have changed on policies so I would like to update everyone.
We all want to provide the most calm, quiet and relaxing services possible for guests. The shop has all rooms in close proximity to one another. While quiet talking voices are not heard between rooms, Many loud voices and sudden volumes can be.
So with that, I kindly make a required change.
As of February 19,2025; we request for the understanding of all guests. While we love children and like to show them a comfy place to relax, we do ask that other accommodations be made for children prior to coming in for a scheduled appointment. We have tested the waters a bit a found that having children in the shop in fact disrupts quite massages going on at that time.
We would never want someone to come in expecting a quiet service and receive everything but that.
We take pride in reassuring guests that visits will be exactly as advertised and as relaxing as possible.
Thank you to all for understanding. If there is a school cancellation, no childcare coverage etc.. I kindly ask for appointments to be rescheduled. 24 hr cancellation fee will be waived upon proper communication between myself and the guest prior to the appointment time.

This is the required contract emailed for the first visit. If you do not sign the form, It waives all possible liability actions against Stacey and VBW. Important: Waxing does have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness, etc.
I give permission to Stacey Ferland my waxing specialist to perform the waxing procedure we have discussed. I will hold her harmless from any liability that may result from this treatment.
I have given an accurate account of the questions asked including all known allergies or prescription drugs or skin care products I am currently
ingesting or using topically. I understand my waxing specialist will take every precaution to minimize or eliminate negative reactions as much as possible.
I have read and understand the post-treatment home care instructions listed on the website. I am willing to follow recommendations made by my waxing specialist for a home care regimen that can minimize or eliminate possible negative reactions. In the event that I may have additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment or suggested home product / post-treatment care, I will consult my waxing specialist immediately.
I agree that this constitutes full disclosure, and that it supersedes any previous verbal or written disclosures. I certify that I have read, and
fully understand the above paragraphs and that I have had sufficient opportunity for discussion to have any questions answered. I understand
the procedure and accept the risks. I do not hold the waxing specialist or VBW, responsible for any of my conditions that were present, but not disclosed at the time of this skin care procedure, which may be affected by the treatment performed today.
It is my responsibility to inform Stacey; my waxing specialist if I am using any antibiotics, skin products or acne skin products. It is up to me to update Stacey should these be used after my contract is signed on the first visit. Failure to do so will result in my own possible skin reactions from waxing and excuses VBW and Stacey from all Liability if anything should happen to harm my skin.
Please note ALL online bookings for Brazilians…. As seen in the Brazilian section of this website, I currently no longer offer Male Brazilians to any new clients. If a male guest books a Brazilian wax regardless of statements posted, it will not be accepted. If a guest shows up for a male Brazilian that wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking, then the appointment will be cancelled upon arrival. This is no longer a service I provide for mens genitalia and I thank you all for your understanding.
